Quad Partners Closes Oversubscribed $229 Million Fund for Education Deals

Quad Partners, which invests in lower midmarket education companies, has completed fundraising for its fifth institutional vehicle at $229 million. Asante Capital Group acted as placement agent for the fund.

The New York firm exceeded the $200 million target for Quad Partners V LP.
