What do you enjoy most working at Asante?

‘As cliché as it sounds it’s truly the people that make working at Asante enjoyable. The individuals I work alongside on a daily basis are not only some of the smartest I have come across but also the most hardworking! The learning environment is second to none as we a but encouraged to ask questions and seek advice.

What’s the most important thing you have learnt from working at Asante?

Starting out in one of the most turbulent markets in recent history, Asante has taught me about perseverance and persistence in the role. Whilst funds have been challenging to raise, I have been able to witness some amazing results from colleagues and have the opportunity to participate also. Asante has also taught me prioritizations and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once as we push on multiple verticals for our funds.

What would your advice be to anyone interested in joining Asante

Be open to all opportunities offered to you, even if they are outside the ‘typical’ responsibilities you are in charge of. This not only gives you the opportunity to learn even more but also get exposure to working with team members across our global offices, which is really fun.’
