Frank was promoted to Vice President in October 2024, and today leads a number of GP advisory projects and is responsible for distribution and origination of new business for the firm across Europe and the Middle East.

Picking just one is a difficult task, but if I had to choose, I’d say the importance of never giving up. The fundraising market is a rollercoaster, and numerous curveballs are guaranteed to arise along the way which create temporary obstacles that might seem tough or difficult to bypass at the time. It’s during these times where you have to show true grit, determination and team work to put your shoulder behind the wheel and create new ideas / solutions to navigate these issues and reach our client’s goals. The beauty of our model is that everyone at Asante is incentivised to maximise each client’s fundraising objectives, which ensures the entire firm is rowing in the same direction, with the GP’s interests at the centre, no matter challenge that presents itself along the way.
