Daphne started at Asante as a Junior Analyst in 2021, and was promoted to Analyst in April 2023. Daphne is based in the London office, working in the Primary Fundraising team. Her responsibilities include deal coordination and project management.

What do you enjoy most working at Asante?

I know it sounds clichéd, but the people. Everyone who works for Asante is extremely passionate about what they do and our clients are some of the smartest in the industry.

What’s the most important thing you have learnt from working at Asante?

I have been heavily involved in organising the conferences we attend, and this has taught me to juggle multiple workstreams at once. I was lucky enough to attend the SuperReturn conference in Berlin, which truly tested my ability to balance different responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What would your advice be to anyone interested in joining Asante?

Try to get involved with everything. The seniors are always keen to include more junior members of the team, whether that be in external GP meetings or investor calls, and would like to hear your perspective.
