We start to look at graduate applications in September for the following year.
The selection process for our graduate programme starts in October – December when we screen applications. We hold preliminary interviews before inviting successful applicants to an assessment day in one of our offices.
We work in partnership with City Grad, who handle all our applications, shortlisting candidates and facilitating our assessment process.
