The fund was significantly oversubscribed, reaching its hard cap in just over four months – marking the largest first-time private equity fund ever raised in the Netherlands.

Nyver I attracted strong support from a diverse group of global institutional investors, including endowments and foundations, asset managers, family offices, and insurance companies. The high level of demand reflects investor confidence in Nyver’s vision and the team’s proven ability to build and grow businesses.

The fund will focus on buyout investments in knowledge-intensive, asset-light, founder-led B2B companies across the Netherlands, targeting sectors such as IT & business services, critical engineered components, and essential products. Nyver applies a human capital-centric approach, partnering with strong teams to build even stronger organisations and accelerate growth.
