Maximizing chances of success on GP-led transactions

It’s a tough market for continuation vehicles and other GP-led transactions. Transactions fail to finish, with the two key challenges being pricing falling short of expectations and capital raising falling short of the amount required to underwrite the transaction. Amid this difficult environment, Asante’s secondaries advisory team has an over 90% success rate in closing transactions in the past 18 months across North America and Europe.
