LCM has closed Fund 1 at the hard cap of $150m

Leading international provider of litigation financing solutions, Litigation Capital Management Limited (“LCM”) has closed Fund 1 at the hard cap of $150m. The fund was raised in under six months.

LCM is headquartered in Sydney with offices in London, Singapore, Brisbane and Melbourne. The new fund will  invest across a range of litigation financing solutions including single-case and portfolios across; class actions, commercial claims, claims arising out of insolvency and international arbitration.
