We had the privilege of holding a breakfast with Zamana, the recipient of the 2023 Prince’s Trust International Amal Clooney Women’s Empowerment Award at the Asante London Office. Through our deep partnership with Asante Africa Foundation, we’ve been fortunate enough to meet her and Theopista last week and celebrate their accomplishments, which have humbled us all.

Zamana took part in the Prince’s Trust International Enterprise Challenge, an incredible scheme that enables school students to learn and develop key skills within their community. Having launched a ‘Big Sister- Little Sister’ club in her rural community, Zamana was nominated by her teacher for her crucial work championing girls’ education in Tanzania.
