Asante Capital congratulates partner CONSTELLATION CAPITAL on the raise of CONSTELLATION VII, oversubscribed at its €200 million hard cap

We are pleased to share that CONSTELLATION VII is oversubscribed at its €200 million hard cap. Investor demand was strong across both existing and new relationships, enabling the fund to reach its target within just four months and reinforcing confidence in CONSTELLATION’s investment strategy.

This successful raise provides additional capital to support the continued execution of CONSTELLATION’s proven approach, building on the momentum of its prior fund, Fund VI (2023, €90 million). Fund VII secured commitments from a broad group of global institutional investors, alongside continued backing from long-standing investors within CONSTELLATION’s network of highly regarded entrepreneurs, highlighting the firm’s established track record.

In line with its long-standing strategy, Fund VII will focus on majority investments in small-cap, asset-light businesses across Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, executing a disciplined Buy & Build approach. CONSTELLATION’s strong regional presence and deep relationships with founders and entrepreneurs support a primary transaction focus, where the firm often acts as the first institutional investor.
