We are pleased to announce the successful close of CONSTELLATION Capital’s single-asset continuation fund for CONSTELLATION Academy Group, securing total commitments of approximately €100 million.

The Fund secured commitments from investors led by Committed Advisors, acting as sole lead investor, with Asante Capital Group serving as exclusive global fundraising adviser on the transaction.

The Fund acquired CONSTELLATION Academy from CONSTELLATION V and its associated co-investment vehicle, providing the group with an extended holding period and additional capital to support the rollout of new locations and the continuation of its disciplined Buy & Build strategy. As one of Germany’s leading adult-education platforms, CONSTELLATION Academy operates more than 200 locations nationwide, alongside online and blended delivery. Since CONSTELLATION’s initial investment, the platform’s revenue and EBITDA have grown more than tenfold, with several add-on acquisitions lined up for 2026 to support its continued expansion and ambition to become the market leader in German adult education.
