We are pleased to announce the close of Lakeshore Capital’s third flagship fund, Fund III, at its $305 million hard cap, with investor demand significantly exceeding the hard cap.

Fund III attracted strong support from a mix of new and existing investors, including global asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, funds-of-funds and family offices.

The Fund will maintain Lakeshore’s focus on growth and buyout investments in mid-market businesses across Thailandand the Greater Mekong region, including both controlling and minority investments in companies with potential for regional expansion or industry consolidation. Fund III will continue Lakeshore’s longstanding investment philosophy of partnering with strong mid-market businesses and working closely with management teams to accelerate growth and drive operational transformation.
