We are pleased to announce the final close of Stellex Capital Partners III at approximately $2.4 billion, nearly $700 million larger than it’s predecessor fund. The fund was raised from both new and existing high-quality institutional investors, reflecting continued confidence in Stellex Capital Management’s investment philosophy and the value it brings to investors, particularly in a persistently challenging fundraising environment.
Stellex Capital Partners III includes related co-investment commitments and represents a significant step forward for the platform. The successful raise follows an extended fundraising process and underscores strong investor support for the firm’s strategy and track record.
The fund will continue to execute Stellex’s established investment strategy, deploying capital across aerospace and defense, government services, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, real economy and business services, food processing, and tech-enabled services. Stellex has already completed six investments from the fund, including the acquisition of industrial technology manufacturer Crest Ultrasonics.
