Lauren is an Operations Manager at Asante Capital. Lauren leads the Operations team, overseeing the firm’s operational functions across office management, events, marketing and IT. Lauren is also responsible for delivering key business initiatives, including technology implementations, AI adoption initiatives, CRM development, process improvement projects and operational efficiency programs that support teams across the firm. Prior to joining Asante, Lauren worked as an Operations Coordinator at MVision Private Equity Advisers. At MVision, she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the New York office, provided deal team support, and planned and executed US corporate events, including the annual offsite, closing dinners, LP events and due diligence day sessions. Lauren holds a BA in Hospitality, Recreation & Resort Management from the University of West Florida.
