Mike is the Chief Financial Officer at Asante where he leads the firm’s global finance function, overseeing financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions. Before joining Asante, Mike served as CFO at Global Gate Capital based in London where he led the finance team and supported a diversified asset and wealth management platform spanning real estate, private equity, private credit and public markets. Prior to this, he was the Finance Director within Bain Capital Credit’s European Portfolio Group, supporting the European NPL and real estate teams. Earlier in his career, Mike held leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank in London and Hong Kong, including serving as CFO of the Global FX, Rates & Credit business. Mike holds a BA Honours in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
